Parental Support

We work very hard to develop great partnerships with our parents and carers and we get on very well!

We have an open door policy in school which means that we always endeavour to be available to our parents and carers.

If we cannot talk to you straight away we always endeavour to do so at the earliest opportunity!

You can ring the Main Office to ask about meeting with your child's teacher or other member of staff including Mrs Hodges our Headteacher. Our office staff can answer many queries so please do pop in or give them a ring if you have any! They can also ask your child's teacher or Mrs Hodges to give you a ring if you cannot get into school.

Our teachers are all on the playground at the end of each day - whatever the weather! They are more than happy to chat to you or to arrange a mutually convenient time if more than a quick chat is needed!

We keep you posted with regular newsletters as well as regular text updates and letters as needed.

Our Catholic Care Worker, Eileen, is in school every Wednesday afternoon from 1pm. She works with a range of children across school but is here to support you the parents/carers too! She supports with a wide range of concerns include behaviour, bed wetting, bereavement or illness in the family, young carers, bed time routines, anger management, changes in family circumstances and many more!

If you feel you would like to chat to Eileen or would like her to work with your child in school,  or you would like to chat to any member of staff about ways in which we can support you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Look out too for dates of parents/carers meetings with teachers and also any future workshops for you to support your child's learning! We welcome any ideas you may have for parent/carer workshops!

We appreciate all the support you give to our school and your children as we work in partnership together!
